A ZT-40 telescopic loader is designed for loading vegetables into a bulk storage (piles), as well as into containers and in bulk into vehicles.
Principle of operation:
The produce is loaded from a feeding conveyor, discharged into a rubber-covered receiving port and fed by a chevron belt (Barbieri (Italy) into bulk storage piles at a height of up to 5.7 meters for a distance of up to 12.5 meters or directly into vehicles or containers.

The control panel is made in an vandal-proof body, buttons are protected against water/dust ingress that enables the loader to operate in the most extreme conditions.
A multi-layer chevron reinforced rubber-fabric belt (BARBIERI (Italy) (the brand name is a proof) is mounted on the loader.
A piler as standard is equipped with metal screens with attached rubber skirts that prevent the piler from running over vegetables.
Unlike competitors seeking to save money, our company uses expensive geroler hydraulic motors in the production according to the new Danfoss Orbital X orbital engine standard exclusively.
The torque of such hydraulic motors is by 15% higher than that of similar gerotor hydraulic motors.
Geroler hydraulic motors are provided with an additional protection for trouble-free operation under severe conditions of high dust concentration. Improved shaft sealing extends the hydraulic motor service life.
The geroler hydraulic motor has been engineered to meet arduous operating conditions such as variable dynamic radial load, intermittent operation and shaft vibration, with the hydraulic motor output shaft being mounted in needle bearings.
A powerful towbar is used to ensure quick and easy coupling with the KT-40 Telescopic conveyor.
Reliable electrical components (Scheider Electric, Danfos) as well as phase and voltage control relays are used in the control cabinet.
The ZT-40 loader uses a conveyor double-sided chain drive ensuring smooth and uniform reach of the boom, eliminating belt skew movement.
Two-component polyurethane paint coating (Tikkurila (Finland)).
