PPK Receiving and loading complex
The PPK-12-40 Receiving and loading system is an optimal solution for farms with compact storage facilities.
It is designated for receiving the produce (potatoes, carrots, onions, beetroots) from rear discharge dump vehicles, separating tops on six polyurethane spiral rollers and feeding the produce directly into the piles, containers or trailers.
The PPK-12-40 Receiving and loading system comprises:
- Frame equipped with its own hydraulic station;
- Receiving hopper with a tops-separating module;
- 7,500-mm long rotary inclined conveyor.
Principle of operation:
- The produce is discharged into the receiving hopper and then moves along the chevron rubber-fabric belt to the tops-separating module on which the soil residue, tops and very small produce are screened between spiral rollers and diverted by a special conveyor into a container, while all remaining produce is fed to the inclined conveyor and is further transported along the chevron rubber-fabric belt into piles, containers or a vehicle trailer.
- The hydraulic system of the complex is controlled by a manually operated hydraulic control valve.
- Unlike competitors seeking to save money, our company uses geroler hydraulic motors in the production of machines according to the new Danfoss Orbital X orbital engine standard exclusively.
- The torque of such hydraulic motors is by 15% higher than that of similar gerotor hydraulic motors.
- Geroler hydraulic motors are provided with an additional protection for trouble-free operation under severe conditions of high dust concentration.
- Improved shaft sealing extending the hydraulic motor service life.
- The geroler hydraulic motor has been engineered to meet arduous operating conditions such as variable dynamic radial load, frequent intermittent operation and shaft vibration, with the hydraulic motor output shaft being mounted in needle bearings.
- Reliable electrical components (Scheider Electric, Danfos) as well as phase and voltage control relays are used in the control cabinet.
- The PPK 12-40 are coated with two-component polyurethane paint (Tikkurila (Finland)).
