KT-40 Telescopic conveyor

The KT-40 Telescopic conveyor is configured to transport roots and tuber crops both in the potato storage house, as well as in the open area.
The telescopic conveyor consists of two interconnected conveyors eight meters long each.
The conveyor may also be used as a long sorting-out table which is convenient when placing tuberous roots for storage.
The unloading height of the conveyor is adjusted by a manual hydraulic pump.

Each conveyor is equipped with a separate control cabinet accommodating:

• differential circuit breaker for short-circuit current protection and current leakage prevention (Schneider Electric (France);
• Danfos frequency converter designated to protect the motor against overloads and is equipped with the function of infinitely variable speed control of each conveyor.

Low reloading height between conveyors ensures a gentle produce drop without damage.

The telescopic conveyor is provided with a system facilitating separation of sections.

A multi-layer reinforced rubber-fabric belt (BARBIERI (Italy) (the brand name is a proof) is mounted on the loader.

Our plant's specialists designed a unique reinforced frame structure enabling to move the telescopic conveyor over long distances between storages.

Scrapers are mounted on the inner and outer side of the belt, thereby preventing soil from getting under the drum and rollers.

Loading and unloading ports are rubber-coated.

A powerful towbar is used to facilitate quick and easy coupling with the ZT-40 Telescopic loader as well as to assemble multiple KT-40 Telescopic conveyors into a line.

The conveyors are fitted with reinforced Tente wheels for cushioned movement.

Two-component polyurethane paint coating (Tikkurila (Finland)).
