MChK-1 Roots and tuber crops peeling machine
The MChK-1 Roots and tuber crops peeling machine is designed for peeling the outer skin of roots and tuber crops (potatoes, carrots, beetroots, topinambur, etc.).
The produce outer skin is peeled in a peeling chamber configured as a horizontal reservoir accommodating eight shafts with abrasive coating applied.
The produce is fed by a rotating auger mounted along the peeling chamber.
As the produce moves, it is washed with strong water jets forced via a system of nozzles.
At the produce outlet, the peeling efficiency is not less than 98%.
