A floor-mounted double chamber vacuum packaging machine with a flat work table. The housing is designed as a monoblock and is easily moveable with plastic wheels freely rotating around mounting points.
The work table surface accommodates two packaging zones with a common lid that moves between them by using a dynamic swivel mechanism. Such a system requires minimal effort from an operator and may be replaced by a fully automatic system. A vacuum machine is equipped as standard with 210 or 280-mm high lids made of 4-mm thick food-grade stainless steel. A manufacturer can produce lids of a different height ranging from 130 to 400 mm and also equip them with a toughened-glass window by special order.
The working chamber structure allows the produce of different sizes to be packed. A set of special polyethylene inserts align edges of the packages to be sealed with the high-positioned splicing strips, if necessary. They are made of food-compatible material, can be quickly mounted and easily dismounted and their use allows the chamber volume to be additionally reduced. This reduces the neutral gas or oxygen consumption and shortens the vacuuming time.
