SPR 10 Sorting-out table

The SPR 10 (SPR 10-01) Roller sorting-out table is designated for visual inspection of the vegetables fed onto the roller bed and rejection of broken and damaged roots and tuber crops and their further removal to a special divider.

Principle of operation:

The vegetables are fed into a rubber-coated port and fall onto the rotating roller bed. The rollers are rotated by a gearmotor, drive sprockets and chains. The produce fed via the port moves along the rollers which impart rotational motion to it. Operators visually inspect and discard the rejected produce and crop debris into the flow divider located in the middle of the table. Then a high-quality produce is fed onto the process line, while a rejected produce is fed to the crop debris conveyor.
Standard equipment includes:

• manual flexible package filling device
• table work area lighting fixtures
• control cabinet with roller bed speed adjustment
• ongoing roller cleaning mechanism
• special quick-detachable windows for quick access to the table interior and cleaning it.
• TENTE polyurethane wheels with built-in brakes are designed for comfortable movement throughout the storage area.
• Telescopic support legs allow the inspection table to be integrated into any operating line.
• Two-component polyurethane paint coating (Tikkurila (Finland)).

The sorting-out table may be optionally equipped with:

• crop debris disposal conveyor
• additional platform for personnel
• structure fully or partially made of stainless steel
• SPR can be made in any width and length at the customer's request.
