The OKS-2 Hydraulic rotary container tipper is designed for tipping containers and feeding the produce to the line.
The advantage of the rotary tipper over the conventional tipper is that it allows a receiving bin to be excluded from the process chain, thereby significantly reducing the line cost.
Principle of operation: A container loaded with the produce is placed on the platform at the bottom of the tipping mechanism drum using a forklift truck. The operator (loader driver) activates the cycle by using a remote control console. Then hydraulic cylinders lower a pressure frame with a lid onto the container. The tipping mechanism is driven by hydraulic motors and turns the container through 180 degrees. Hydraulic cylinders open the lid and the produce gradually pours onto the diverting conveyor from which it is conveyed further along the process line. The tipping mechanism returns to its original position. The pressure frame with the lid are raised to release the container. Cycle completed.

The torque of such hydraulic motors is by 15% higher than that of similar gerotor hydraulic motors.
Geroler hydraulic motors are provided with an additional protection for trouble-free operation under severe conditions of high dust concentration.
They are provided with improved shaft sealing extending the hydraulic motor service life.
The geroler hydraulic motor structure has been engineered to meet arduous operating conditions such as variable dynamic radial load, frequent intermittent operation and shaft vibration, with the hydraulic motor output shaft being mounted in needle bearings.
The control cabinet contains reliable electrical components (Scheider Electric, Danfos) as well as phase and voltage control relays.
The tipper is equipped with sensors designated to protect a person's hand from being accidentally captured by the turning container.
Throughput rate up to 80t/h (with the simultaneous operation of 2 containers)
A wireless vandal-proof remote control console is included as standard.
Two cells may be operated simultaneously.
If necessary, the OCS may be additionally equipped with a container washing station!
