The OK-1 Container tipper is designed for unloading the produce from containers into the receiving bin (BP-600, KP-1000, KP-700) or other buffer storages for further uniform feeding to the vegetables pre-sale preparation line.
Principle of operation:
A container with loaded produce is placed by a forklift truck on the tipper platform and securely fixed on it with a special device. An operator gives a tipping command using a remote control panel. The automatic hydraulic station is activated. Owing to operation of two powerful hydraulic cylinders and the high-performance hydraulic system a container is smoothly lifted and tipped.
The OK-1 Container tipper is equipped with the powerful hydraulic system designed to lift containers weighing up to 2.5 tons.
Universal overall width is suitable for most types of containers (max. 1,600 x 1,200 x 1,200 mm).
In contrast to mechanical limit switches, inductive position sensors are not susceptible to contamination.
A robust heavy-duty frame structure made from thick-walled tubes and provided with additional reinforcing ribs (it can withstand a container load of more than 2 tons).
Each container tipper is equipped with a separate control cabinet accommodating:
- differential circuit breaker for short-circuit current protection and current leakage prevention (Schneider Electric (France);
- Danfos frequency converter.
A two-component polyurethane paint coating (Tikkurila (Finland)) is applied at the plant.
